YOQI WITH JAN!
YoQi With Jan is a FREE Movement, Breath, and Awareness class that integrates elements of yoga, QiGong, and meditation to increase energy, balance emotions, reduce stress, and connect us with the world around this.
This class is perfect for all levels, ages, and bodies; just remember to bring your own yoga mat!
