Amanda Daley, 200 RYT

Director of AHHAH Yoga

Amanda started with AHHAH in 2014 after attending a family yoga class at the library.  She was inspired by the opportunity to express her creativity through story and yoga to children.  She strongly felt and continues to feel the desire to share mindfulness with children, as it was life changing to her and believes it can be to others.  Amanda has grown as a teacher with the loving support of AHHAH. She is a 200 RYT, soon to be 500 RYT (March 2020). Amanda is also RCYT, registered children’s yoga teacher, and has created the curriculum used in the schools partnered that with AHHAH, such as the Head Start program.  That curriculum is currently being studied by West Chester University.  Amanda has turned her love of sharing stories through yoga into published work.  With the help of local artist Jennifer Kasitz and husband Brian Daley, her dreams of sharing her yoga stories and mindfulness to preschool age children has begun.   She hopes to continue to share her work, through books and teacher trainings. Amanda is married with two beautiful daughters and an amazing three-legged dog. She enjoys family time and spending time outside.

Annawyn Laing, E-RYT

Annawyn, owner of Habitat Studios, started her journey with yoga about 15 years ago.  Initiating her first training program in 2004, while obtaining other fitness certifications in 2006, 2009, 2011 and finally completing her 200 hour Hatha Yoga Certification at the Spirit of Yoga in 2012 and later completed her 200 Ayuryoga Certification at The Ayurvedic Institute in New Mexico in 2015.  Yoga has given Annawyn a foundation to grow and heal herself as she changes and grows.  She wishes to share it with you by relaxing, revitalizing and restoring your mind, body and soul in her classes by meshing elements of multiple styles of yoga (Hatha, Ayuryoga, Vinyasa, Gentle, Yin, Restorative, etc.), breath intelligence (pranayama), meditation and is accompanied with her passion for music, Ayurveda and Reiki.   She infuses Reiki and sound healing elements into her yoga and meditation classes as well.  Her goal is to help you find a class that meets you right where you, finding ways to elevate the student and connect to their true purpose and soul self.   She also loves to focus on adaptive yoga and will work with you and your family that have loved ones with brain injury, autism, anxiety and other diagnosis.

Jess Lupacckino

In many experiences throughout my life, I have been able to apply the quote “It’s the journey, not the destination.”. On my yoga mat, 9-5 at my work desk or spending time with my husband, son, family and friends, yoga for me is a journey to finding one's "self" while remaining or being in the present moment. Checking in with the group at the beginning of each class and finding out mental and/or physical capabilities, I then determine how each class will flow. I hope that every student finds peace and mindfulness in what may have previously been an obstacle or challenge. We are all able to journey each and every time we practice. Namaste
